Valeria Catano and Felipe Rivera are long-time residents of Longmont, Colorado. Married since 2015 and proud parents of two wonderful children, they became the owners of NoCo Homewatch in early 2023, continuing a tradition of trusted, family-centered service.

Valeria was born and raised in Boulder County and leads NoCo Homewatch’s day-to-day operations, with a special focus on serving snowbirds and seasonal homeowners across Northern Colorado. Her flexible schedule allows her to offer personalized, attentive care for clients while still being a present and engaged mom — something she values deeply. With a strong background in customer service and administrative support, Valeria brings professionalism, reliability, and warmth to every client relationship.

In addition to her work with NoCo Homewatch, Valeria also serves part-time as a Student Ministry Aide at Rocky Mountain Christian Church, supporting youth programs and staying actively involved in her community.

Felipe was born and raised in Atlixco, Puebla — a vibrant town south of Mexico City known for its woodworking, colorful pottery, and stunning flower fields. He works full-time in maintenance and home renovation, bringing years of hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail. Felipe provides many of NoCo Homewatch’s concierge services around his full-time job, offering clients expert handyman support and personalized home care.

Together, the Riveras operate NoCo Homewatch as a family-owned and operated small business, serving the Front Range north of Denver. They are committed to providing dependable, personalized home watch services — giving their clients true peace of mind while they're away.

Outside of work, the Riveras enjoy spending time outdoors, volunteering at their church, renovating their home, and making memories with friends and family.
